 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Typically you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Please note it takes 24 to 48 hours for an order to be processed. Once your order has been processed it will ship out via UPS. Shipping time depends on where you are located and can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. If you need an item for a special occasion we highly recommend that you contact us by phone (1-866-315-0220) or email sales@sterlingleather.com to check when you should receive your order. We offer expedited shipping on most items to accommodate special requests.

 Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

If your order ships from our main office in Pennsylvania, a UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address. Should your order ship from a different location please contact us 3 business days after you have placed your order and we should be able to get this information for you. Please remember that our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

 What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from the time your order was received at your location. You may exchange your order for a different product/size or you may request a refund. Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging. Please send merchandise back in the same product box you received them in. When trying on boots only walk in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Please note that any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.

 Do I need a RA number in order to return merchandise?

No, we do not provide a RA number for returns/exchanges. Simply mail your merchandise back to us with the completed Return/Exchange Form and we will take care of the rest.

 What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. If you have placed your order after hours or during the weekend your order will be processed on the following business day.

 Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we do ship our merchandise outside the U.S. The only products not available for international shipping are the Minnetonka Moccasins product line. The charge for international shipping is $69.95. Please note that you are also responsible for any custom charges that may be required by the postal service.
