Please print out the above EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM and complete the required information and insert in your exchange or return. There are no extra charges for any exchanges. Simply send the merchandise back with the desired size, style and color so we can ship it to you ASAP. Please include your name, address, phone, e-mail address and the invoice number and reason for return or exchange and mail to:

Procedure for Returns:
Rarely is a style or size issue unable to be resolved, however, if it cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. New unworn merchandise must be returned in the original box in its original new condition. The merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are non refundable). Please include a letter of explanation with your return or exchange. Pack your return in the original box and please try not to tape or place shipping labels on the original box or shoe box container. All taping and shipping labels should be on shipping paper around the original box. For your protection, please make sure you get a tracking number from your shipper. We strongly recommend you insure your return package, because Sterling Leather cannot be held accountable for lost shipping merchandise that is being returned. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and remember that shipping charges are not refundable. No exchange/returns will be accepted after 60 days.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. The original paperwork must also be included with the return. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise which does not comply with these return instructions.
All sale merchandise is nonrefundable.
